1. I entered the wrong email address or phone number. What should I do?
If you would like to change your email address, name, or address, please contact us at service@dokomom.com

2. How do I pay?
PayPal for now. Credit, debit card can be paid through PayPal without registering a PayPal account.

3. Can I use more than one discount code on the same order?
For large orders (more than 10 of the same product) or custom orders, please contact us at service@dokomom.com and we will get back to you with discount info.

4.How can I check the shipping information of my order?
You will have a tracking number after the order is shipped and you will be able to track the package on the logistics company’s track tool. We will send the tracking number to your email.

5.How long does it take to ship the product?
Lead times
The order handle time is 1-3 working days.
Transportation time:
Delivery time to USA: 7-12 days (working days)

6.If I purchase a standard product and return it, how long will it take to receive my refund?
Please check “Refund and Return Policy“.

7.How can I cancel an order?
Custom products are not eligible for cancellation, because custom products cannot be resold.
For standard product, you can cancel for free within 24 hours after you place the order by replying to your order confirmation email. You can still cancel it as long as the products have not been shipped out. Once the product is shipped out, the order can’t be canceled.
